aesthetics of sustainability

Last week I attended the conference Aesthetics of Sustainability which was very thought provoking; it was challenging  and  interesting to have conversations about sustainability from a different (humanities) perspectives than usual (engineering) , listen to the key note speaker John Thackara , and view work of artists grappling with the concepts- many ideas churning now about how to combine and express these in the next weeks.
